What does Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan, and Chris Brown all have in common? Before I answer that question, know that this is not another celebrity bashing, drag them through the dirt article on our famous entertainment figures. Nor am I an expert on the topic of why some celebrities do what they do to cause a scene or put themselves in unfavorable situations. When other popular public figures work with their God given talents to promote positivity and display their craft gracefully without any disturbances as they entertain us. What is common with them is that they are all celebrities with real life issues just like every human being on this earth. I am just conveying information, giving my opinion, and maybe I will even help someone.
Let us define CELEBRITY:
According to (Merriam-Webster.com), the definition of the word Celebrity is as follows:
1: the state of being celebrated: FAME
2: a famous or celebrated person
Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen, and Chris Brown, are just a few of the most recent celebrities to be in the news lately. Countless others over the years have also been in the lime light in a negative manner as well. Of course, we know not everything we hear or read about is always the truth. There are periodicals that are on the market to make money for the sake of what they call good gossip news. Even at the expense of character assassination. However, celebrities have to do their best to keep a clean image. When a person is well known that makes them not only celebrated but a target too. It seems as though many famous people go into the industry of entertainment without any idea of what it will take to maintain a good image, or how to be a positive role model for those that tend to look up to them in that way. Some things are just common sense. Some things need to be learned and some things need to be dealt with, such as issues that need serious attention before things get out of control.
The people who sing the songs that we so much enjoy and portray the various characters on the big screen and on television shows that entertain millions around the world are indeed the famous / celebrated ones. However, exemplifying disruptive behavior is nothing to celebrate. Celebrities are human just like anyone else. They are just exposed for everyone to see their mistakes and or bad choices. So to all of the celebrities out there, who might care to listen, remember that you became someone to celebrate the day you became famous! Stay famous and do not allow yourself to become INFAMOUS!
